This release delivers a broad set of enhancements and bug fixes across the platform. Key additions include a new Publish RO feature, expanded parts workflow capabilities with bin and notes field additions, and global search phone number lookup for Quotes. — A new Publish RO feature is now available and can be configured through RO Preferences settings, giving shops greater control over how Repair Orders are shared externally.

— Bin Column — A bin column has been added to the Add Part modal within the Repair Order, making it easier to identify and organize parts by bin location during the parts selection process.

— Notes Field — A notes field has been added for non-inventory parts, allowing service writers and technicians to capture additional context directly on the part line.

— Xref in Quotes — The cross-reference (Xref) functionality in the Add Part modal has been extended to Quotes, consistent with existing behavior in the Repair Order workflow.

— Phone Number Lookup for Quotes — Global Search now supports searching by phone number when looking up Quotes, improving lookup speed and flexibility.

— V4 users are now restricted from navigating back to the V3 platform, ensuring a consistent and forward-looking user experience.

— The Reports page has been updated with a cleaner, more organized layout for improved navigation and usability.

— Classic Mode Color Buttons — The color button display in the WIP Header menu has been restored in Classic Mode.

— Theme & Global Search Placement — Corrected the placement of the top theme and global search bar on mobile devices for a more consistent mobile experience.

— Rounded borders have been removed from cards across the platform, including in Live Text and Accounting, for a cleaner and more uniform interface.

— RO# Column Wrapping Fix — Resolved a display issue where the RO number column in WIP was wrapping to multiple lines when a tag or key was associated with the RO.

— The Register with PartsTech link on the integrations page has been updated to reflect the correct destination.

— Add to RO — Resolved an issue preventing the Add to RO functionality from working correctly within RO History.

— Add Text Tool — Fixed an issue where the Add Text tool within the DVI module was not functioning as expected.

— Resolved an issue causing blank pages to be generated within customer Statements.

— 404 Error — Fixed a 404 error that occurred when attempting to use a Scriptel signature device within the platform.

— Resolved an issue where storage fees were not being correctly applied or displayed on Quotes.
